When we refund
- The file, key or access you bought does not work and we cannot fix it within 3 days.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- You did not receive your order and our support could not deliver it.
When we do not refund
- You changed your mind after downloading the files or revealing the key.
- The product works as described but was not what you expected.
How to ask for a refund
Write to us through the contact details on our store within 14 days of your order. Include your order number and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days and refund to the original payment method.
